Kerry Mann, Chief Executive Officer
Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate and facility levels. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and facility management. Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Kerry has been a Director of the peak industry body Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA).
Lee Marriott, Group Operations Manager
Lee is responsible for operationally supporting our Directors of Care Services, focusing on the care and services we provide our aged care residents. Lee is a registered nurse and has worked in the aged care industry for over 25 years. Lee is passionate in ensuring Cranbrook Care is recognised and respected as a premier provider of quality residences in both care and lifestyle services.
Benjamin Scott, Director of Care Services
Ben is directly responsible for the day to day running of Bayswater Gardens. He is responsible for the overall quality of care provided to residents and oversees the operational aspects of the facility including providing a high standard of senior management leadership for staff, clinical expertise, financial management, human resource management and leading innovative care practices. Ben has broad experience including as a Director of Care in Aged Care, Clinical Governance in a group of Medical Centres and as a Clinical Coordinator and Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. Ben has also been deeply involved as a volunteer at St John Ambulance for the last 12 years in a number of roles including LGA Operations Manager.
Eileen Stelzer, Residential Services Manager
Eileen is responsible for overseeing client relations, client services, food services, housekeeping and property services at Bayswater Gardens. Her role is to ensure the levels of service at Bayswater Gardens meet our high standards. Eileen leads staff on the delivery of exceptional service and ensures continuous improvement in all areas of service to enhance resident’s experience and satisfaction.
